Founded by Siobhán Sheil, LCSW, and supported by Clinical Operations Coordinator Thien My, our mission is rooted in breaking barriers and creating access to inclusive mental health care for marginalized and intersectional communities.

Siobhán Sheil, LCSW She/Her

Founder & Clinical Director

With over five years of experience, Siobhán is a dedicated therapist and advocate passionate about empowering children and families. As both a licensed clinical social worker and an educator in California and Illinois, she blends her expertise in special education, anxiety management, and family dynamics to ensure clients receive the resources and support they deserve. Her work reflects her deep commitment to helping clients build resilience and thrive.

Clinical Operations Coordinator 

Thien My (teen-ME, she/they)

A passionate mental health professional, Thien My combines her academic training in psychology and clinical counseling with hands-on experience as a behavioral therapist, care manager, and mental health technician. Her holistic, client-centered approach reflects our mission to create a safe, inclusive environment for every client.
